The first pictures of US Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords since she was shot in the head in January have been published on the Internet. The 41-year-old was injured by a gunman in a shooting spree that killed six and wounded 13 others. Despite lingering speech difficulties, officials say she may be allowed home in a few weeks.
