Flooding leaves several dead in Haiti

Heavy rains causing mudslides and flooding have killed at least 23 people in Haiti at the very start of the Atlantic hurricane season. Most of those who died were in the capital, Port-au-Prince.

Crowded slums and tent camps where thousands remain after losing their homes in last year’s earthquake have been inundated.
