The fight against terrorism is the subject of the latest edition of I talk, presented by Alex Taylor.

This week, EU Counter-Terrorism Coordinator Gilles de Kerchove answers questions about the challenges involved in keeping Europe safe.

One euronews viewer asked whether, without photographs, we can really believe reports about Osama bin Laden’s death.

Are Europe’s governments doing enough to protect us when we travel in big cities, another asked. And one viewer wondered whether a little kindness might go a long way when it comes to dealing with terrorists.

Gilles de Kerchove replies frankly to the points raised, giving a fascinating insight into how Europe is tackling the terrorist threat in 2011.
