Europe Weekly: body scanners at airports, nuclear plants safety, and Mladic arest

Welome to Europe Weekly, our round-up of European news. This week has been very busy. MEPs voted to authorise body scanners at airports, nuclear plants are soon to be tested for safety, and of course Ratko Mladic has finally been arested.
