Despite the Swedish capital’s zero tolerance approach to graffiti, a large auction of graffiti works is to be held in Stockholm.

Graffiti used to be a regarded as either a nuisance or at best, a street level protest. But it now seems as if it has become a springboard into the mainstream art world.

The 30 works to be sold, by artists including Banksy, Ikaros, AK and Lucky Thief, are on show and prices are expected to run as high as 28,000 euros.
