Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin’s PR trip to car manufacturer Lada backfired somewhat when the casually dressed former president was unable to start a brand new cherry-coloured vehicle.
It took Putin five attempts before he could start the Lada Granta, soon to be marketed as Europe’s cheapest car.
