Libyan rebels claim to have made gains against pro-Gaddafi forces on two fronts.
After taking ground on the outskirts of the western city of Misrata, they also say they have driven government troops into the airport, encircling them there.
And 25 kilometres further west, the town of Zareek is now also said to be under rebel control.
In the east the front has been moving back and forth on the road between Ajdabiya, Brega and the rebel stronghold of Benghazi.
Once again unconfirmed reports point to another advance by rebels.
But after two months of fighting there still seems to be no sustained gains by either side.
