The classic convertible – whose marque was made famous by the fictional British spy James Bond – also had an L plate on the front, a nod to the royal couple’s new status.
The vintage British sports car has been owned by Prince Charles since 1969. William’s environmentally conscious father reportedly had the engine converted to run on waste wine.
Watching the drive from above, were Prince William’s RAF colleagues in a Sea King helicopter.
There were loud cheers from onlooking crowds during the short trip as the newly weds drove down the Mall to Clarence House.
