The chairman of the European People’s Party, Joseph Daul, says there is no need for further controls in the European Parliament in the wake of the ‘cash for laws’ lobbying scandal.

“Lobbying is normal, we have to have contacts with lobbying groups because we can’t understand everything. But afterwards we have to make up our own minds and do our own work,” he told euronews.
