Italian unions hail “landmark” decision

An Italian court has found a top executive of the Thyssen-Krupp steelmaker guilty of murder, and given him 16 and a half years in prison. The company’s Italian director and five other executives were found guilty of a 2007 factory fire that killed seven workers. The other executives were found guilty of manslaughter and given sentences of up to 13 and a half years.
