Former Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak has been admitted to hospital in the Red Sea resort of Sharm el-Sheikh.
The 82-year-old is said to have suffered heart problems while being questioned over the killing of protestors and stealing public money.
Mubarak was forced out of office on February 11 following huge protests against his three decades in power.
In his first public comments since stepping down Mubarak denied any wrongdoing and described the allegations against him as “lies.”
Local media report that Mubarak is to give testimony on accusations against him at a court in Cairo, when and what charges he faces have not been specified.
