Killing Bono is a tragi-comic tribute to one of rock ‘n’ roll’s many flops. It is the true(ish) story of the McCormick brothers and their band in Dublin in the 1970s. Friends and rivals of U2, they ended up on the musical scrapheap while U2… well, their story hardly needs telling.
