French far-right politician Marine Le Pen on a visit to the Italian island of Lampedusa has told would-be immigrants to Europe that the EU “can not welcome them all.” According to Italian sources, she said that Italy should supply them with water and food at sea and prevent them from landing. She is running for president in France next year.
