Taliban claims Pakistan funeral suicide bomb

At least 37 mourners at a funeral in north west Pakistan have been killed by a suicide bomber. Scores more were wounded.
One survivor said a boy walked in and detonated his bomb just as prayers were starting.
The funeral was for a pro-government tribal elder near Peshawar, an area where the military is fighting the Taliban and al-Qaeda. The Taliban said they were responsible for it.
It is Pakistan’s second devastating attack in as many days.
In the first, a car-bomb exploded at a filling station in Faisalabad killing at least 25 people, wounding more than 100 and destroying many buildings.
A Taliban spokesman said that was a revenge attack for the killing of one of their commanders in the city.
