Dutchman jailed for murder in Peru A court in Germany has sentenced two signalmen to suspended jail terms for their role in one of the country’s worst rail disasters.
In all 23 people died after the men gave the all-clear for a test run of a Transrapid train in 2006, forgetting a maintenance vehicle was on the track.
