A suicide bomb attack in the home town of the former dictator Saddam Hussein has left at least 42 people dead and more than 100 injured.
Authorities say a bomber wearing a vest filled with explosives targeted a police recruiting centre in Tikrit.
Most of the victims were men lining up with their documents outside the centre.
