Italian PM's prostitute allegations deepen

A ‘significant’ number of young women prostituted themselves and had sex with Italian premier Silvio Berlusconi, claim prosecutors in newly released documents.

They have made a formal request to parliament to search some of the flamboyant billionaire’s properties after it was alleged some of the women were given free flats.

Prosecutors are also probing whether Berlusconi had sex with a 17 year-old Moroccan belly dancer named Ruby Rubacuori. She denies sleeping with the 74-year old but admits taking 7000 euros from him when she became cash strapped.

Berlusconi has repeatedly refuted ever paying for sex in what is just the latest in a string of allegations against him since divorcing his wife.

He claims he is now in a steady relationship, but that woman’s identity remains a mystery.
