‘Baby Doc’ to stand trial for corruption Exiled former dictator, Jean Claude “Baby Doc” Duvalier, has made a surprise return to Haiti on an Air France flight from Paris. It is the first time he has been home since 1986, when he was forced out by a popular uprising and pressure from the US after ruling for 15 years. The motive for his return is unknown.
