Somalia is facing a dire humanitarian crisis, according to the UN.

Almost 30 percent – or two million – of its long-suffering people need aid to survive.

But it is one of the world’s most dangerous countries for aid organisations, with workers, particularly of western origin, now seen as legitimate targets by insurgents.
