France has revised down its second and third quarter GDP growth figures.
For the second quarter, it fell from a rise of 0.7 per cent, to 0.6 per cent. The national statistics institute blamed the revision on a weaker performance of the transportation of goods by road.
The third quarter growth figure also fell by 0.1 per cent to 0.3, due to less investment in services and public works than anticipated.
