Aspirin may cut cancer risk

Aspirin is one of our oldest medicines but scientists are only now realising just how remarkable the humble painkiller may be.

It is already known to cut the risk of heart attacks and strokes and could even prevent cancer according to a study published in the British medical journal The Lancet.
