Eurozone inflation remains stable

Inflation in the Eurozone remained stable in November, making it more likely that interest rates in the 16 countries using the euro will stay at their historic low of one percent.

Consumer prices in the zone rose 1.9 percent year-on-year, the same figure recorded in October, as most analysts had predicted. That is around the rate wished for by the European Central Bank.
