Inflation the next worry for US economy

America’s National Association for Business Economics, a 51-member forecasting panel, says inflation is becoming a worry for the US economy.

While the Fed’s pumping more fresh money into the system lessens the risk of deflation says the panel, inflation could hit 1.5 percent next year, while growth will remain below 3.5 percent, the level considered necessary for unemployment to fall.
