At least 40 people have died after a skyscraper caught fire in the Chinese city of Shanghai on Monday.
Officials say more than 90 people have been injured.
The 30-storey building was being renovated when it caught fire at 7:00 CET on Monday.
Witnesses told the state-run CCTV that they had seen people jumping from the windows of the blazing building.
More than 80 fire trucks were called to battle the fire and streams of water could be seen flowing into the building, which appeared to be gutted.
