Dynamic film producer, Dino De Laurentiis, has died in Los Angeles aged 91.
Dino was the man behind many of cinema’s most significant films.
The Italian born movie mogul produced an eclectic body of work including Fellini’s ‘La Strada,’ ‘Serpico,’ starring Al Pacinio and ‘Conan the Barbarian.’
As a producer he tasted the highs and lows of the trade in a career that spanned decades.
Box office smashes and catastrophic flops marked his working life. Yet, he continued to trust his judgement.
He finally succumbed to the cancer, which he had been battling for years.
