Police in eastern Ukraine say 37 people have died and 12 others have been injured, four seriously, in a crash between a goods train and a bus during the morning rush hour.
Police say the bus driver ignored red lights at a level crossing and attempted to beat the oncoming train. They add the casualty figures are preliminary for the moment
