Contador blames drugs test failure on "bad steak"

Triple Tour de France champion Alberto Contador of Spain has failed a drugs test. The sample was taken during his last tour victory, and Contador was informed he had tested positive for clenbuterol in August.

The drug was found in very low concentrations in his urine, and will now be subject to a “B” test. Until then he is automatically suspended. Contador revealed the news himself in Australia, and blamed it on a suspect steak he had eaten.
