Man held in Sweden after plane bomb threat

A Canadian man in his 30s is being questioned by Swedish police after a bomb threat forced a passenger jet bound for Pakistan to land in Stockholm.
The authorities say they’ve found no explosives on him and a search of the Boeing plane and its baggage has revealed no dangerous substances.
Police evacuated the plane after it landed.
Stockholm police spokesman Kjell Lindgren said: “There has been a threat against the aircraft that was going over Sweden and the commander asked for landing in Stockholm Arlanda. There was an evacuation of the personnel onboard and it was very calm and in good order, there was no drama, and one person is arrested and taken into custody for questioning.”
The Pakistan International Airlines flight originated in Calgary and went via Toronto en route for Karachi. It was diverted when a woman phoned Canadian police after take-off saying a man on board had explosives.
Police say he’d passed through all the security checks in Canada.
