A bomb attack on a military parade in northwestern Iran has left at least 11 people dead.
The victims are members of the public who turned out to watch the parade in the city of Mahabad.
The dead are reported to be ten women and one child, as the blast hit an area set aside for women and children.
At least 60 people have been injured.
The parade was being held to mark the anniversary of the Iran-Iraq war.
Iranian officials blame what they call “counter-revolutionary” militants.
Mahabad has a mostly Kurd population.
