An explosion during a military parade in northwestern Iran has left at least nine people dead.
The victims are reported to be members of the public who turned out to watch the parade in the city of Mahabad.
Women and children are among those killed.
Dozens are reported to have been injured.
The parade was being held to mark the anniversary of the Iran-Iraq war.
Iranian officials have blamed what they call “counter-revolutionary” militants.
