Typhoon Nesat brings destruction to Hong Kong Police in the Philippines have surrounded a bus in central Manila where a gunman is holding over 20 foreign tourists hostage.
The man is thought to be a sacked police officer who is demanding to clear his name and to be reinstated.A witness says he has already released two female passengers and several children.
Most of those on board are thought to come from either Hong Kong or South Korea.
