Colombian capital hit by car-bomb blast

world news

| |

A car bomb has exploded in the north of the Colombian capital Bogota.

The blast blew out windows in buildings and damaged vehicles. Police in Colombia say four people have been wounded in the attack.

For the moment, no one has claimed responsibility but the bomb comes amidst renewed hopes of a resolution to the decades old conflict between the government and left-wing Farc guerrillas.
