Hezbollah issues warning to Israel

Lebanon’s Hezbollah leader has warned Israel of more trouble to come if the Lebanese army is attacked.
In a fiery speech via video link to his supporters, he threatened to “cut off the Israeli hand that targets the Lebanese army” and warned that militants would not stand idle if Israel attacked again.
“I say honestly, that in any place where the Lebanese army will be assaulted and there’s a presence for the resistance, and it is capable, the resistance will not stand silent, or quiet or
restrained,” Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah said.
“From the first moment of the confrontation at the area of the battle, Hezbollah was on high alert. Lebanon, all of Lebanon, will not tolerate any Israeli violations or aggressions on any inch of its land, its holy land,” he added.
A Hezbollah cross-border raid led to a month long war four years ago.
Then Israel bombed bridges, fuel tanks and Beirut airport while Hezbollah fired 4,000 rockets into Israel.
A new conflict could be much more devastating with Israel threatening to attack Lebanese infrastructure.
