For the loved ones of passengers on board the ill-fated Pakistani flight, overwhelming pain and grief. One seventy year-old father and grandfather lost five members of his family.
They had set off to Islamabad, to spend of few days at a summer holiday resort near to the Pakistani capital.
‘‘My son came to say goodbye before leaving and I told him that the weather was quite bad, it had been raining and the weather in Murree would be rather bad. He told me he was compelled to go because the children were insisting that the whole summer holiday had lapsed and they’d gone nowhere,’‘ said Abdul Ghani.
For other members of the family, news of the tragedy was also difficult to take in.
