Typhoon Conson heads for Vietnam


Some 200,000 people are reported to have fled their homes as Typhoon Conson aproaches northern Vietnam.
At least two people were killed by falling giant billboards when it struck the island of Hainan off southeastern China. late on Friday.
The storm has added to the worst flooding experienced by China for years.
It was downgraded to a tropical storm after leaving the Philippines where it claimed at least 65 lives and left thousands displaced.
In Hainan, trees were uprooted and power supplies cut in some parts of the island, a popular tourist destination.
Torrential rains have already claimed several hundred lives in China this year, resulting in more than a million displaced people.
