After 63 games, it all comes down to this. The Netherlands and Spain lock horns tonight at the Soccer city stadium and over 2000 Spanish fans arrived in Johannesburg this morning, with the city’s airport welcoming a large number of charter flights and private planes for the event.

‘‘We arrived in South Africa today and we’ll be leaving tomorrow… with the world cup.’‘

‘‘We have been travelling all night to see this game. We have nowhere to stay tonight but who cares, let’s hope Spain go all the way.’‘

‘‘Just Let me show you how we are going to handle Robben tonight.. he will be like a lost bull in the arena.’‘

Although Spain remain the hot favourites to lift the 18 carat gold trophy tonight, hundreds of Dutch fans also travelled to Johannesburg hoping their team can secure their first ever world cup title.
