The Catholic Church of Cuba has declared that the Cuban government has agreed to free 52 political prisoners. This informaiton was given to Cardinal Jaime Ortega and Miguel Angel Moratinos, the head of the Spanish diplomacy during a meeting with Raul Castro.
5 of these prisoners should be released “within hours”, the others in 3 or 5 months.
