Germany’s unemployment fell again in June, for the 12th straight month.
The unadjusted jobless rate dropped to 7.5 percent of the working population, down from 7.7 percent in May.
The number of people registered as unemployed dropping by 88,000 to 3.15 million.
The figures adjusted to take into account seasonal factors also fell.
German Labour Office head Frank-Juergen Weise said there was a chance unemployment could fall below the three million level by the end of the year.
He noted the economy performed well in the second quarter but he said there were doubts about 2011.
