Torn by conflict and poverty, Somalia continues to suffer one of the worst humanitarian crises in the world.

Some one and a half million people have been displaced from their homes, and more than half a million others have been forced to seek refuge outside the country.

What is the European Union doing for them ?

Reporter takes you to Puntland, north of Somalia, on a journey to some of the forgotten camps for displaced Somalis.
