Pakistan holds US man hunting bin Laden

He is said to be on a one-man mission to hunt down Osama bin Laden.

American Gary Faulkner has been arrested in northern Pakistan, apparently armed with a pistol, dagger and a sword. On the trail of the terror mastermind, he is accused of trying to sneak into Afghanistan.

Faulkner’s younger brother insists he is not mentally ill.

“When Osama mocked this country after 9/11, and it did not feel like the military was doing enough, it became his passion, his mission, to track down Osama and kill him or bring him back alive,” Scott Faulkner said.

“Just after being there for six times, he has a pretty good idea where Osama may be hiding.”

Like bin Laden, Faulkner is reportedly in poor health. His brother says the construction worker is hoping to collect reward money for capturing the al Qaeda leader. He would then use it to help people in Central America.
