Fans pour in to S.Africa for World Cup

Thousands of fans continue to arrive in Johannesburg, as World Cup fever hits South Africa.

The opening match on Friday is between Mexico and South Africa.

One Mexican fan said: “We are very nervous, because this will be the inaugural game and we will win the match.”

Another said: “I hope Mexico will win, but I think South Africa is a good team.”

91-year-old Nelson Mandela is expected to join the opening festivities at Soccer City on Friday.
