Emergency teams in Guatemala are struggling to get aid through to remote areas hit by Tropical Storm Agatha, which has caused hundreds of deaths across Central America. The army is having to fly in supplies to villages cut off by collapsed roads and bridges.
Guatemala bore the brunt of the storm. More than 150 people were killed and dozens more are missing. Across the country homes were destroyed or damaged.
Sinkholes have been another devastating and dramatic effect of the extreme weather. Several buildings and sections of road have been swallowed after the ground beneath them was washed away.
