German-Moroccan musical mix at Mawazine

The Mawazine Festival in Rabat has seen an unusual crossover between German and Moroccan music. Formed in the 1980s, Dissidenten are based in Berlin, and have found international fame with their world music. Jil Jilala are based in Casablanca and have been producing melodies and rhythms inspired by folk music since the 1970s.
And the two have got together for an unusual cross-border collaboration.
