A convicted murderer belonging to ETA has gone missing while out on bail in Northern Ireland.
Jose Ignacio de Juana Chaos was in Belfast fighting extradition to Spain. He was supposed to report daily to a local police station, stay at a known address and keep to a night-time curfew, but he has not been seen for over a month.
De Juana is a member of the Basque terrorist group. Whilst serving 21 years in prison for killing 25 people, he went on hunger strike.
There were massive protests against a decision to allow him serve part of his sentence under house arrest in 2007.
