Two European GM plants set to close – report General Motors has agreed to push back the deadline for its sale of the Hummer brand by one month to the end of February.
That is in response to a request from the Sichuan Tengzhong Heavy Industrial Machinery Company.
The contract to sell Hummer to the little-known Chinese machinery maker expired at the end of January and there has been confusion over the progress of the Beijing government approval of the deal.
