Egypt took revenge over Algeria who put them out of the upcoming World Cup in South Africa following a violence marred play-off last November.
Egypt achieved an emphatic victory with Algeria reduced to an eight man rabble by the end of the match.
Egypt go into their third CAN final in row and meet Ghana on Sunday.
