Fifteen days after Haiti’s devastating earthquake and a teenage girl has been pulled out alive from under a house in the capital, port-au-Prince.
According to her rescuers she was severely dehydrated and appeared to have a leg injury. She was found in a building close to a school. It is a complete mystery as to how the young girl managed to survive all this time.
Most search and rescue teams believe there is little hope of finding more people alive beneath the rubble but each day a new miracle proves them wrong.
