After being buried beneath tons of rubble in Haiti for a week, one woman has been pulled out alive.
She had been lying under a mountain of debris that was once the residence of the Archbishop of Port-au-Prince.
The find and rescue, by teams from Mexico and South Africa was unexpected and all the more welcome.
Although dirty, weak and dehydrated, the lady managed to thank her rescuers.
Archbishop Joseph Serge Miot died in the quake but due to perhaps luck and the perseverance of searchers, one more life has been saved.
