'CIA bomber' vows to strike US

A video purportedly to be that of a Jordanian double agent who blew up seven CIA agents in Afghanistan has been released.

In the clip, the alleged attacker vows revenge against the US.

Last month, a suicide bomber struck inside one of the US’ well-fortified compounds in Khost province along the Afghan Pakistani border.

Earlier, the British Foreign Secretary David Miliband underlined the importance of Pakistani stability for regional security.

‘‘Pakistan is a vital partner in finding solutions and progress in Afghanistan, and that’s why I’m here. Stability, security , prosperity in Afghanistan depends in some part on security, prosperity, stability in Pakistan.’‘

Later, Miliband met Pakistan’s prime minister as part of a trip by Britain’s top diplomat to strengthen ties in the region.
