Swedish interest rates remain on hold


Sweden’s central bank has kept its key interest rate unchanged at a record low of a 0.25 percent.

Bank policymakers repeated their view that rates would remain at a record low level up to autumn of next year.

The central bank said recovery from recession is continuing, financial markets were picking up and the extraordinary measures by authorities are having an impact.
